POLICIES.

each appointment requires a certain length of time to be completed, and should not exceed that limit. when booking your services, please keep this in mind and schedule accordingly.

for groups, all services must be at the same location and consecutive times.

client acknowledges 15+ minutes past scheduled service time is considered a no-show and will not be accommodated. if client fails to show up for an appointment without contacting the artist, the client will be required to pay the sum of their service in full.

in the event the client cancels, client will forfeit their retainer. cancellations must be made 48hrs in advance to avoid paying the entire balance.

if makeup artist cancels at any time or is unable to provide services due to uncontrollable/unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the retainer and any other monies paid will be returned to the client.

location of the service is at the discretion of the client, however if client requests travel to a location, client must provide the following reasonable workspace/accommodations:

table/desk

working electrical outlets

ample lighting

vallet/parking fees will be billed to the client. a hotel room will be required for locations further than 3 hrs from artist's home location.

the person responsible for the entire balance is whoever booked the services. personal checks will not be accepted.

Loren Goldman may use any images captured of clients (such as before and after, videos, etc.) on social media, business website, and portfolio. client(s) to release any and all claims regarding use of their image for such purposes.
